DISS\u00cdDIO DOS TRABALHADORES GR\u00c1FICOS DE MG<\/h3>\n

Companheiros e companheiras,<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

A proposta apresentada pelo setor patronal prev\u00ea 5% de reajuste salarial, sendo 4,11% apenas para repor a infla\u00e7\u00e3o (INPC) e apenas 0,89% de ganho real.<\/p>\n

Durante a assembleia, os trabalhadores avaliaram que essa proposta n\u00e3o valoriza a categoria diante do trabalho e da import\u00e2ncia dos profissionais gr\u00e1ficos.<\/p>\n

Por isso, foi aprovada uma contraproposta de 10% de reajuste, composta por:<\/p>\n

\u2705 4,11% de reposi\u00e7\u00e3o do INPC (infla\u00e7\u00e3o);<\/p>\n

\u2705 5,89% de ganho real, valorizando efetivamente o sal\u00e1rio dos trabalhadores.<\/p>\n

A decis\u00e3o agora depende da mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de toda a categoria.<\/p>\n
